• The delivery address and bill to address must both match your credit card statement information. Shipments outside the US may be ordered online. 
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or hotels. All credit card orders are verified prior to shipment. 
• Please retain a printout of your Order Confirmation page. If changes or cancellations become necessary, this page will make it easier to find your order.
• Most of our parts can be shipped the same day.  If your order contains parts that are not currently in stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) UPS Ground may take 1-5 working days for arrival.
• Due to their large size, cases, monitors, and some speakers will be shipped separately. This will result in extra shipping charges.
• All orders shipped via UPS will require a signature upon delivery.

Warranty and Return Information:

IMPORTANT: Please keep all packing materials and documentation from your purchase in the event that a return or exchange is necessary. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL, SOFTWARE, MANUALS AND A VALID RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA).

MEMORY:

Our memory has 20 day warranty against errors and defects. This does NOT apply to system compatibility or parts ordered improperly by the purchaser. Jah Technologies does not guarantee system compatibility. Any returns or exchanges must be completed within 20 days of the invoice date.

CPU�s

All OEM CPU�s sold by Jah Technologies are covered by a ten (10) day warranty from the invoice date. No warranty, return, or exchange is available beyond 10 days. Retail Box CPU's carry a one year warranty from the manufacturer. After 20 days from the invoice date, the manufacturer must be contacted to process the warranty on Retail Box CPU's

OTHER ITEMS

All products, with the exception of memory and OEM CPU�s, are covered by the warranty issued by the manufacturer of that product. Jah Technologies will accept returns for twenty (20) days from the invoice date. After 20 days from the invoice date, the manufacturer must be contacted to process the warranty.

Returns policy and conditions:

• Prior to returning any item, you MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
• All RMA numbers must be issued within 20 days of the invoice date. No RMA numbers will be issued for products with invoices more than twenty (20) days old.
• RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from issue date. No returns will be accepted if the merchandise arrives to Jah Technologies more than seven (7) days after it was issued.
• The RMA number must be listed on the shipping label or on the outside of the package. No return will be accepted without proper labeling.
• All shipping and insurance charges must be PRE-PAID. Jah Technologies will NOT accept COD�s.
• All returns for credit must be in resalable condition. They must include the original packing material, documentation and software if applicable. The sender is responsible for the condition in which the package arrives.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
• All acceptable goods returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee at cost or at current market value � whichever is lower.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer�s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the relevant Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
