The hand is held as if it is supporting the chin, and changes into drilling forward, simultaneously with the step forward of the left foot. While drilling forward, the hand is in a fist, with the fist heart upward.

The hand is on a line with the foot at the level between the eye and the nouth, as it upper limit. When the left foot makes a pad step forward, its distance depends on the height of the body. The tip of the left foot, turns outward, 90 degrees. At this time, the crotch should be opening, internally.

When the right hand stretches out again, the right footsteps forward, at the same time. The right hand turns over, as it stretches out. When it arrives at the front hand, the heart (palm), of the right hand faces downward. The middle finger of the right hand, is on the root of the forefinger of the left hand. Then both hands seperate slowly from each other, the left hand draws back, while the right hand pushes forward. The hand and the foot, fall into place, at the same time.
