(Note: I would assume this is either a concept picture, or that if Ryou is actually there then Akira doesn't know who his is. But since Akira thinks that Ryou is partially responsible for Miki's death, I would assume Akira either can't see Ryou (since he is not attacking) or this is a concept picture.)

[This page is one of illustration. First panel is of some sort of thick goupy liquid. The next one is of a hole, or a depression in this liquid. The liquid is either flowing in or out from this hole. Next panel pulls back some more and shows that there are more depressions in this liquid. Also shows a little bit of the horizon. The fourth panel shows something, presumable spherical with lots of depressions in it and completly covered by the goupy liquid. Some stars are in the backgrounds. The final panel shows a planet, presumably Earth, almost completely covered by the liquid. Only a small section at the bottom has normal clouds and such, say about a quarter. There are lots of stars in the background.]

There first one, who originally spoke, young, no pupils - Young Bald. The person who is floating at the highest position with the enlarged cranium - Big Head. There is one of them with quite prominent brow bones - Brow Bones. I'll name the others as they get dialogue. If you do happen to know their names and you tell me, I will fix it, since they seem to be well aquainted with what is happening.)

(I don't know which ward it is since there are some words obscured here. I don't think it really matters. Also the New's Cast is using hyper polite language.)

The younger female has short spiky hair and is 'dressed' (If you can call it that) in what looks like straw tied on with a string around her waist. The man is dressed in some sort of tiger skin, off one shoulder and covering everything. He's got a beard and looks unkempt. The other woman (I think it's a woman) is older and has a hat that doesn't have a crown, so her hair is poking through that.]

New's Cast: All Citizens, please proceed with all speed to your designated shelter in accordance with the instructions from the Special Demon Troops.

(Note: For the Special Demon Troops - I think it's that. It's actually Akuma Toku Sou Tai In. And while I could find the kanji for them, I couldn't find the particular kanji that was used for Sou in this case. I may just be being blind. So my guess is that it's Special Demon Troops but it could be Special Anti Demon Troops. Not that it really matters. Watashi no baka! I just checked some things. I claim to be a DragonBall fan and I couldn't even remember that the Ginyu force is 'Tokusoutai!' So that confirms it. It's Special Demon Troops or Forces, or something along those lines.)

[Next panel is a close up of the tv screen. It's showing some people in white outfits with helmets, back packs and guns directing an evacuation of civilians. They look like troops, but their suits aren't biohazard suits. ^_^ These are the troops I was talking about.]

Young Bald: I'll try to make contact with him at the same time!

Old Guy: Fudou must be brought back at any cost! Call to Fudou! The Devilman Army Corps cannot hope to win in this!

(Basically the Devilman Army Corps are Miiko, Dosu 6 and the other - Akira's friends. And when the other guy says that they can't win, I think he means that they can't bring Akira back. Maybe he means that if they fought him, they'd be slaughtered.)

Young Bald (thought): However... This time the transformation...

Young Bald (thought): In the worst case we may be of service. It will be difficult. A severe trial....

[Picture of Dosu 6, Miiko and the other riding on some sort of flying demon. There are a couple of other flying demons with them They are flying through relatively undamaged buildings. By the way, they have managed to find a jacket for Miiko. (Her nudity, or lack there of doesn't offend me. The same goes for other female characters. It just amuses me, from a womans prespective how often girls are drawn naked or semi naked in comparison with guys. Maybe I'm just reading the wrong mangas.)]

(This is in blue because these are radio signals that are being sent between the troopers.]

Trooper: 10 Seconds.

Trooper: What the!?

[Akira's hair has gotten longer and his has fangs and is beginning to grow head spines.]

[They all look a little concerned, as if something is not quite right.]

Yound Bald: Aha! I... I knew it!! (he looks very concerned.)

[Panel of troopers beginning to emerge with their guns pointed forward.]

Trooper: Five second!!

Trooper: Four.

Trooper: Three.

[Yound Bald beginning to goup suddenly.]

Yound Bald: Guwa!!

[Young Bald toppling backwards, goup flying from his body.]

One of the other old people: Ua!?

[The rubble that the troops were creeping through is completely goup and is quickly turning them into goup as well. They aren't even the slightest bit interested in attacking anymore.]

Trooper: Waaaa!!

Trooper: Aaa

Trooper: Kya

[Miiko and the others are shielding themselves with their hands from the light and gouping process which accompanied Akira's transformation. It looks like the thing they are riding is partially gouped.]

Miiko: Uwaa!!

[Close up of Dosu 6.]

Dosu 6: Brother!!

[Close up of Miiko. Her jacket is gouping itself.]

Miiko: Kya!!

[Close up of Big Head shouting.]

Big Head: Tha... That's not Fudou!! (He's been a) puppet...

(The last bit 'He's been a' is not actually there. The only thing that is, is the word (hiragana) for puppet or manipulation.)

Page 39 Note, if you haven't worked it out by now. What happened there was Amon was in control of the body and was confused at being called by Akira's name.

Other notes. This whole section was fun and exciting. Even when I was translating it I could sense the excitement. Maybe I just like twisted situations. ^_^
