some of them are my own creations. They are all in alphabetical order.

Words
I don't speak Japanese so these are just what I believe the words mean
and the way in which they are used. I don't think there are any major mistakes
in there but you never know... (At any rate, this is what I meant when
I used a particular word.)
Aa - Yes but less formal than hai
Ai shiteru - I love you
Aku - Bad/Evil
Ara - General noise of surprise
Baka - Idiot
Bakana - Impossible/It can't be/I don't believe it
Budokai - Martial arts competition
Chan - Suffix used on child or as endearment
Che - General purpose curse word
Chichiue - Very polite way of saying father
Chotto matte - Wait a sec[ond]
Chotto matte kudasai - Please wait a second. The 'kudasai' makes it
a polite request. (Trunks doesn't use it because he is thinking to himself.
Chichi does because she is addressing Uub-kun.)
Daijoubou - I'm alright/It's alright
Daijoubou ka - Are you all right?
Demo - But
Gi - A shirt used for fighting in. (Dougi) (The difference between
a gi and a kimono is in the sleeves and the length.)
Gochisousama - the meal was delicious; signals that one is done with
the meal
Gomen - Sorry/ I'm sorry
Hahaue - Very polite way of saying mother
Hai - Yes
Hajime - Start/Begin
Hakama - loose traditional Japanese pants. (I don't know if Goku actually
wears these or not but it's a close enough description.)
Hime - Princess
Honto ne - Really
Iie - No
Ikuzo - Let's go
Itadakimasu - Let's eat. Said at the beginning of a meal.
Iya - No with slight distaste
Jichan - Uncle (Yep, the difference between Uncle and Grandfather is
one 'i.' But it makes a slight difference in pronouncation. In grandfather
you hold the 'i' sound but with uncle it's a faster word.)
Jiichan - Grandfather (Ojiichan - the 'o' is added for politeness.)
Kaasan - Mother (The 'o' on 'okaasan' is added for politeness.)
Kanji - Chinese writing system. (The pictograms things. The Japanese
use an adapted version.)
Katana - Japanese sword.
Ki - Life energy/energy
Konnichi wa - Hello/Good Afternoon
Kun - Polite suffix used for young men or occasionally tom boys. Usually
used on someone younger who is too old for a -chan but doesn't rate a -san.
Masaka - It can't be
Nani - What
Obaasan - Grandmother
Ojiichan - Grandfather
Okaasan - Mother
Ore wa - I am
Otousan - Father
Ouji - Prince
Saiyajin - The warriors from the planet Vejiita.
Saiyajin no Ouji - Prince of the Saiyajin
Sama - Very polite suffix. Indicates respect and admiration for the
person or a higher social status. Often translated in English to 'Master'
although this is not its literal meaning. Also used when addressing deities,
like Kami-sama, Kaio-sama.
San - Polite suffix, approximately equal to 'Mr, Mrs' or other english
title
Sensei - Teacher
Senshi - Warrior
Shikashi - But
Sou desu - pronounced 'sou des' - That's right/it is right.
Sou ka - Is that so?
Sugoi - Great (they often say 'sugoi ki da' meaning 'that's alot of
ki' usually towards an enemy or when someone is showing off their latest
powerup)
Sumanu - I'm sorry
Tenkaichi Budokai - Strongest Under (the best or the first) the Heavens,
a martial arts tornament.
Tousan - Father (The 'o' on 'otousan' is for politeness.)
Wai - General happy noise
Yosha - Alright
Names
Name - Who they are/relationship - meaning or joke.

Arctik - One of Freeza's race
Dru - Chair Person of the Galactic Council
Kaolynite - One of Morphine's personal fighters - play on a soil type
Kohlrabika - One of Morphine's personal fighters/Saiyajin - Kohlrabi
(the vegetable name in english) is tuborous vegetable.
Morphine - Sansert's Son/Chosen Protector of the Dimenice people -
powerful and addictive pain killing drug.
Percussion - Namekian sent to Council - play on type of instrument
Sansert - Morphine's Mother - preventative pill for migraine
Serax - One of Morphine's personal fighters (renamed by Morphine) -
Tranquilizer
Snow - One of Freeza's race
Xanax - Morphine's Grandfather/Scientist - Tranquilizing drug/pill
Planets
Cecrisafi - A planet Morphine destroyed - if you rearrange the letters
you get 'sacrifice.'
Chikyuu - Earth
Dimenice-sei - Morphine's homeworld - rearrange letters to get 'medicine.'
Namek - Namekian homeworld - Destroyed by Freeza in battle with Son
Goku
Vejiita-sei - Saiyajin homeworld - Destroyed by Freeza - play on the
english word 'vegetable.'
