About Pasta Amore

Established in 1985, Pasta Amore prides itself on serving up authentic Italian cuisine with a twist of freshness. Since opening their first restaurant in Wilmington, NC, Pasta Amore is looking to expand into more restaurants throughout North Carolina, and throughout the U.S.

Our founder Jim Pantori has always said A great pasta starts with selecting quality, fresh ingredients from local suppliers. This belief is embodied in the company and the pastas and other dishes we prepare that you will eat in our restaurants. Your food will never contain any poor quality or cheap ingredients. We take great pride in the quality of our food.
