    This site is still under construction, but when it is finished it will be a one-stop source for most computer information and how-to's. It will combine helpful sites and links in an effort to make computer using and internet surfing easier and more fun.

    I developed this site mainly for the use of my friends and family, but anyone who can benefit from it is welcome. Use the links to the left to get recomended downloads. The list will grow as the site does. If you can't find what you need or you need additional help you can leave a description in the Guestbook, or, feel free to e-mail me at the link below.     Most of the files and downloads that I use come from TechTV.com. Use the TechTV link and search their site for things like:
        Google Toolbar: Great as a pop-up blocker
        PeerGuardian: Hide your computer from the RIAA
        Adware: Find and delete spyware/adware on your PC

       Is your pc too slow?
    It may be because other people are using it without you knowing it! I don't mean other people in your house. I bet you hadn't thought about how much you download from the internet. Did you know that a lot of applications (especially freeware and demos) have what is called ad-ware and spyware embedded in them. This software is generally nothing to freak out about, but it can bog down your computer. Even if you havven't noticed a difference, its your computer. Don't you think that you should have total control over it.
    OK, now that you've decided that you don't like your every move monitored and sent to some companie's database, let's get rid of it. Keep in mind that some free software says that you must not remove or alter its software. Adware is of course how free stuf stays free. Speaking of free: Spybot S & D , and Ad-ware are two of the best removal tools I've found... (more to come)
