We'll work with your Chief Compliance Officer to administer your internal policies and procedures. We'll make sure all is in order according to your specifications and those of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.

We'll work with your Trading Desk to make certain all commission dollar purchases meet SEC regulations. We will document research product purchases, their uses, and users.

We'll store and index internal company research in compliance with SEC regulations and your internal policy.
