| This was every bit as good as the first Police Story. Was I the only one feeling sorry for May? Something is always happening to her!! I loved it when she chased Jackie into the locker room! My parents didn't find it nearly as funny as I did. I cringed at the outtakes! I think that they were making up for not being able to show as many accidents with the first one. They more than made up for it. Lot of injuries! Bad voice actor! Not much emotion in the voice! That is my only complaint. 8/10 VCD Review I lowered the VHS score after seeing this. WOW! Much better. First off, the VCD is widescreen, so I can appreciate all the camera views much better as well as the fights! The music was all different, and for the better! Made the scenes much more powerful. Love the music as Jackie is going away to collect the money. The music gives me the impression that Jackie and May might never see each other again! I've seen that scene a bunch of times, but that was the first time I almost cried during it! Boy the cut scenes were fun! First off, Uncle Bill's "problem" that had him running to the bathroom. 2 or 3 of those times were cut! Including a hilarious scene where he and Jackie are in an elevator and he (Uncle Bill) farts and blames it on Jackie! The look on his face is priceless! Right after that, Jackie sneaks into the corporation president's room to plant a bug and has to hide as a meeting takes places in the room! That explains how the police knows what is going on all the time and that the bad guys think that the business owners called the cops. I thought that they knew about the bugs! Some other little scenes like May having a short flash back of when Jackie grabbed her on the motorcycle from the first Police Story. That is why she pushes him away from her. 9.5/10 |
