| Jackie Chan: My Story HK Version |
| VCD Review Not bad. Quite a few typos in the subtitles and I spent more time watching the subtitles than the pictures! Going to watch again ignoring most of the subtitles. It was a good thing that I was familiar with most of the scenes from his films. Also, the names of the people interviewed and films were not translated! One of my fav. parts was when it showed some of his singing. A small part he sang underwater for Zenmo Hui (in First Strike), then it showed some of the finished music video!! I've always wanted to see some of his music videos! Too bad it didn't show all of that one! It is one of my favorite songs! There were some great early clips of him shown and a few when he was a stuntman including the scene with Bruce Lee. Some mentions about the stunt from Armour of God, by not much else about his stunts because that is addressed in My Stunts. 7.4/10 (A few more points would have been added it more care was taken with the subtitles and they weren't so fast. I'm glad that I am a fast reader!) |
