| Drunken Master |
| This was the first of Jackie's older films that I had seen. I was lucky to be able to buy this for 5 bucks from a store that was selling all their Jackie Chan videos (I got there too late to buy the ones that I was really after!!). There were only 5 of his movies left The subtitleing was really bad and kept running off the screen, but I still love this movie! It was so...differnt from anything that I have ever seen before. My favorite scenes are when the drunken master was teaching him how to fight. It is amazing what Jackie could do back then! At least now his movies have more plot into them, that is my only complaint. 8/10 |

| VCD review I was shocked! There were a few scenes not in the VCD that were in my VHS copy! The scene after he balances the teacups when he is hung by ropes and the thing is tied around his neck as well as a fight scene at the beginning. Sorry I can't be more detailed at this time, because my friend borrowed my tape and she hasn't been able to visit and bring it back. Other than the missing scenes, everything is the same. Since I hadn't seen it for awhile before I bought the VCD, I like this movie even more! My rating for the VHS will change when I get it back (it will be higher) 8.6/10 |
