FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS A SNOWSHARK?
A snowshark is a beast like its relative the ocean shark. The major difference is that the snowshark lives not on land, but in the snow.

WHERE DO THEY LIVE?
Snowsharks have been found living under the snow in the predominately northern climes of the North American continent. However, they must migrate according to snowfall.

WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE?
Scientists believe they appear much the same as the ocean shark, ranging in length from 1 to 8 meters. A snow shark has never been seen in its entirety in modern times. The dorsal fin only has been observed. Physical descriptions are based more on legend than fact.

WHAT DO THEY EAT?
Snowsharks have an almost insatiable appetite, particularly while migrating. They will eat almost anything that gets in their path. They are carnivorous and prefer warm-blooded animals. Small animals, especially snowshoe rabbits, are their preferred food.

WHAT PROOF IS THERE THAT THEY EXIST?
Proof exists in sightings, backed up by historical data. This data is written and recorded audio or video. Also, certain artifacts exist. There is indeed evidence.
