My Personal diet that I lost 80 pounds with over 7 months. A Registered Dietician gave me this diet.Very Important-This Diet is Personal to me and me alone. You should ask your doctor and go to a Dietician to get one that fits you and your diabetes. Every Person is Different in what they can eat with Diabetes and keep their blood sugar under control.Below the table are the reasons that I eat what I eat. I hope this will give you an idea of some foods that you can eat yourself, but again please ask a registered dietician or whoever you see for some diabetes education.
