Staging: $200 for 2-3 hours

• Preparing a written assessment

The first task is to ensure that every room has a clear function and purpose.  Features of the home will be highlighted.  Focus will be on space and traffic flow for presentation by the Realtor.

Colour choice, furniture placement & settings will be part of this service within the time allowed.

Any work outside the 3 hrs is handled with an hourly fee of $75/hr, covered by the client or Agent.  This is usually the case when the house is large or the work is more detailed.

Payment due at the time of the Consultation
