| This part of the web site will tell you about what happened before the LOTR. We will start in the beginning. In the beginning there was Eru the God he created the Mai and the Valar. The Mai and Valar were spirits and they created middle earth. But a Valar called Morgoth rebelled against the others and he gathered a lot of other spirits that joined him and he went to middle earth. The Elves had just been created and Morgoth captured some of the Elves and tortured them until they became the Orc. The other spirits were angry and they destroyed Morgoth and most of his followers but a few escaped one of them was Sauron. Sauron gave 9 rings to the human kings promising them power but they became the ring wraiths. He gave 7 to the Dwarves but the rings only made them greedy. Lastly he gave 3 rings to the Evles but the rings had no effect on the fair race. Then Sauron marshalled his armies and attacked the free people of middle earth but some of them resisted... which brings us the start of the fellowship of the ring. |
