Used in Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon holds da Moon Sceptre in front of her n spins once. She then holds da rod above her head where da crown-shaped stone blinks. She spins again waving da rod. When she stops, she starts yelling da phrase, bringing da rod over her head, then down in front of her.
