RAIN

I feel like I'm living in southeast Asia today and the monsoon season has begun. It's thundering and all that good stuff out there and it's still only February.

Not much has happened yet today. I watched city guys and just deal this morning. What a waste of stinkin time. I did some dishes and ate leftover spaghetti/noodle crap.

An old guy from our church died this morning. He was 71 or 72. He was a pretty cool guy. He was in charge of getting all of the attendance stuff for Sunday School done, and he was always up at the church at like 7 AM, before anyone else, just to make sure the church was ready for all the people. His wife is still alive. She's a really cool lady. We're going to go visit her today.

Last night I was laying in bed, worrying about this paper I have to write, and all of a sudden, I just started listening to the rain. It was kind of a weird moment. It was like someone just said, "Relax, there's nothing you can do about it right now. Just sleep." My dad's one of those kind of people.

You know, the rain isn't so bad. It's a good thing for relaxing and mouning. I guess that God had it planned that way.

By the way, the macaroni and cheese thing is just a THEME. I know that background will make you puke after a while.
