This is Country singer Travis Tritt singing a tribute song to Dale Earnhardt at a recent concert, the song was, "I'm gonna be somebody".
The lights came up and I'm sure I wasn't the only
one to notice that right before our eyes was Travis
Tritt's own tribute to Nascar's greatest race driver
ever Dale Earnhardt. I sure hope Dale was looking
down as Travis played the black number 3 Dale
Earnhardt. To honor the passing of
his dear friend. It was the right thing to help us all
move on from this, maybe the greatest loss in
racing history. Right from the begining Travis and
his band were in high gear cranking out hits from all
of their albums. Half way through the hour and a half
show the rest of band took a break giving Travis
time to play some of his slow stuff melting the
hearts of all the women in the house. I saw Travis a
few years ago and his show was great but didn't
seem to have the intimacy of this one. He gave us
the feeling that he was playing to each and every
one of us. This good old Georgia born singer -
songwriter certianly knew how to touch the hearts
of everyone there. For more information check out
