What the hell has been going on for the last year you ask?  Sorry fans but the company is not operational for completely unrelated reasons.  Huh?  The simple version is I am in control of what goes on here but I'm in the middle of trying to make the World Championships for XC racing and can't get the company going until I stop living in a van and training 30 hrs a week.  Don't give up all hope because I've been flooded with emails from riders all over wanting a frame and its only a matter of time before we can start delivering the goods.  Just not this year.

Well, let me take my foot out of my mouth and tell everyone that we did finally make it in the pages of Mountain Bike Magazine, Its in the April issue.  And for all those that are interested in buying a frame your going to have to sit tight for another season.  No prices have been set but we are hoping frames will be available for the 2003 season.  Keep the emails coming to show your interest, we're always glad to hear from you.

All that excitment about getting posted in the magazine has been for nothing.  Two issues have gone by since and no pic.  Zap let me down so no point in wasting anymore time looking for the premier.  I'll catch up with him again at a NORBA this year, he's not too hard to spot.  As for frame production, I'm off to race pro XC on the national circuit this season so all that traveling is gonna slow down the startup.

We'd like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Check the store shelves for Feb. issue of Mountain Bike, it should be out soon.  And for the 552 update, i'm sad to say the trial worked in so good that the fastest time is now 1:57.  So much for 4 minutes.  Too bad it still takes 20 minutes to hike up it.

The weather is playing tricks with us.  The snow has melted and 552 is clear enough to ride and completely finish the run.  No idea how long it is but it takes 4 minutes to get down at a good pace.  Short if you live in the mountains but around here that is as big as they get.  Dont try this at home:  Adam Korell is testing how 3" tires run with only 10 psi.

December is here and and so is the snow.  The new Straightjacket testing ground trail dubbed 552 is very close to completion.  It took a big effort to create a trail down the Canadian Shield but after a month of work its too bad it will be burried under 10 feet of snow till May.  Big thanks to everyone who helped out.

Proto of the Unibomber finished.  This frame has exceeded all expectations of what is possible with a single pivot design.

Zap from Mountain Bike Magazine called to follow up the picture taken at the Mt. Snow NORBA final.  Expect to see a picture of Jesse standing behind the Dragonfly in the February Issue due out some time in late December.
