Hello, my name is Jennifer but most people call me Jenny. I'm a graphic designer based out of Chicago, IL. I'm not a fan of the cold or driving in the city, but the pros of living here outweigh the cons, so I'm staying put. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in March of 2020 with my degree in Graphic Design. I am passionate about representing ideas and people through unique designs. I love trying new things and finding different ways to incorporate style and creativity through my work. I have done quite a bit of layout designs and logos. My background is pretty diverse as far as the types of people and companies I have represented. I started out designing a website for Added Value Renovators, a local construction company, and quickly realized my passion for design. Since then I have created logos for podcasts, designed wedding invitations and menu layouts, just to name a few.
Most of my designs are created or supplemented with the help of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Lightroom. I have been using these programs for several years and have a good understanding of how to utilize their features to create professional designs.
When I'm not designing, I like to get out in the fresh air and take hikes, go for runs or play any type of team sport. I spent 2 years living abroad, right in the midst of the Carpathian mountains, and I am forever dreaming about living in the mountains again.
