| "and then I got lucky... Mommy was lookin for a doggie she could carry. She didn't need a lap dog just small enough for her to carry on the subway. So she asked this nice volunteer and he came to the back and got me..... I was so excited... I didn't know mommy then... but she smelled so good... She wasn't sure to adopt me because I was recovering from so many sicknesses. The other doggies gave me Kennel cough, I just had cherry eye surgery and on top of all that I had an ear infection too.... |

| Izzy says....... "I was adopted at North Shore Animal League in Port Washington Long Island on May 1st 2004. It was during their adoptathon. There were so many other doggies out for adoption and many cute puppies. I was sick so I was in the back so nobody saw me and nobody wanted to adopt me". |

| But I was too cute to pass up. Just look at me, I am beautiful. So Mommy took me home with a bag full of medications, and I have been happy and cozy ever since. |
