| About "I Want a Famous Face" is an MTV reality show where people undergo painful and often risky reconstructive surgery in order to look like their favorite celebrity. The participants of this documentary series decided beforehand to get plastic surgery. MTV aksed to document their journey and did not pay for any of surgery performed on the participants. |
