Dagr- God of the day, Known as the bright and fair son of the dwelling. Gate keeper of Asmegir, and brother of Nott, The personification of night. The all father sends Dagr (day) and Nott (night), They ride in a Chariot of gold all over the earth every 24 hours and bring Night and Day to all.
Dain- One of the dwarfs who created the chain Gleipnir to bind the wolf Fenrir, also ate the buds from the tree of life.
Delling- Gate keeper of the castle Asmegir, also father of Nott and Dagr.
Dis- Supreme deity, creater of all.
Earth- Name also given to the goddess Jord, which is also known as, Fjorgyn.
Estre- Goddess of spring, a goddess next to Frigga. Goddess whom rejuvenated spring after winter.
Eir- Goddess of healing. Attendant of Frigga, Eir lives in Lyfjaberg with many other healers.
Eitri- Dwarf master smith who gave the 3 gifts to the 3 gods. He made the magic ring Draupnir, the golden boar Gullinborsti, and the Hammer Mjollnir. He was associated with Loki and the Brokk, when Brokk sewed Loki's lips together with Eitri's awl.
Elli- The woman whom wrestled Thor in the court of Utgard-Loki. Thor lost, she was said to be old age.
Fenrir- Also known as Fenris. Wolf god and off spring of Loki. He was so fierce and huge that only Tyr was able to contain him. Though Tyr did lose his hand in the process. Fenrir was bound by a total of 3 chains, the first named Leading, then Dromi, both Fenrir broke, The last chain was crafted by Dwarfs it was called Gleipnir. Made of silken cord, it helped the powers of the world, Fenrir is said to be bound at Amsuartner, an island in the sea, and he will stay bound until Ragnarok. Then he will break free.
Fjalar- Son of Surtr, cheif of the fire Giants, he is the symbol of fire. He was the attending Giant in which Odin stole the mead from.
Fornjotnr- First god. The storm god, some tales state Ymir was founder of the gods, but some say it was Fornjotnr, he had 3 sons, Hler (sea) Kari (air) and Loki (fire) from sons came frost giants, then sea giants, then storm Giants.
Forseti- God of justice, son of Balder and Nanna, one of the 12 Major deity's mentioned in the Eddas. His home is in Asgard, made of silver and gold.
Freyja- Goddess of Fertility. Freyja is one of the Vanir, her hall or home is called Sessrumnir, Loki borrowed her robe of feathers which allowed him to fly to the land of giants in search of Thors hammer Mjollnir. Her famous possessions were her Amber necklace known as the necklace of Brisings. It was said Freyja earned her amber necklace by spending the night with each of the 4 dwarf crafters. In an attempt to achieve his hammer. Thor disguised himself to look like Freyja, and borrowed her necklace. Loki accompanied him by dressing as a servant. On the later date, upon Odins orders, Loki stole the necklace, he attempted to hid but was found and captured by Heimdall, who was disguised as a seal, He returned the necklace to Freyja. Freyja, also known as queen of the Valkeries was said to disguise her self as Goldul, she would go to earth to retrieve the souls of the lost kings that had died in battle. She is shown some times in a robe of feathers with her Necklace of Amber, and riding on a cart drawn by cats. Sometimes shown as riding the golden boar Which was given to her brother Freyr by a dwarf, with her Helmet, and breast plate.
Freyr- God of the earth, world and patron of married couples. A fertility god and leader of the Dwarfs. Twin brother to Freyja, his magic ship Skidbladnir carried all the deity's. It could be folded up like a napkin and placed in his pocket. he rode a horse named Blodughofi, which could ride thru flames and darkness. The dwarfs whom he ruled gave him the golden boar Gullin-Bursti. His name is said to be the male name of Freyja, and Frigga combined.
Frigga- Goddess of atmosphere, clouds, love and fertility. She is the principle wife of Odin and said to be the mother of Tyr, Balder, Hermod. She is the only deity known to have the privledge to sit beside Odin on the throne Hlidskialf. Her palace is known as Fensalir, some say Frigga is also Holda.
Fulla- Goddess of the toilet of Frigga. Fulla protected Frigga and Odins anger by having a dwarf pull a statue erected by Odin. She was responsible for the caring of Frigga's valuables in her coffer.
