A unique project located on the Carmel Mountain in Israel,
close to the Achuzat HaCarmel Center and the Carmel National Park.
Mediterranean style design in and out. This terraced stone-faced
structure was designed as a greenery covered honeycomb.
It opens to the Mediterranean Sea and shores views as a hand-held
fan, reconstructing in a way the mountainside.
A majestic gate takes you through the inspiring lobby
to incredible multi-level, semi-private shady colonnades
and shining yards and gardens. These are viewed from, and
viewing the dwellings' inner facades. You are welcomed to walk
your way into and through a giant work of art, a majestic scale
inhibited sculpture.
The project includes 48 residential units, all with
patio-style gardened terraces.
The luxury condominiums range from 2 1/2 to 6 rooms.
The standard specification include domed ceiling in the
living-rooms, Jacuzzi baths and Italian ceramics in the
bathrooms, Italian marble floors on an acoustic membrane,
double glassed aluminum windows and oak doors.
Prices range from $ 300,000 for the 2 1/2-room units
to $ 1M for the large 6-room units. The overall cost of
the project was approximately $12M.
