LUXOR- PAGE 2 OF 5

Well, I guess this is where I realize that I'm growing old and my memory is starting to fail!!  I can recall few details of our visit to the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens!  I think we visited the tombs of Ramses II and Ramses VI in the Valley of the Kings, under the guidance of Salah.  We then went our seperate ways and selected the third tomb on our own to visit.  I selected the tomb of Merenptah, largely because it appeared to be the least crowded at the time!  I only took photographs in the tomb of Ramses VI, and of the few that I did shoot in there, only two turned out well!  In hindsight,  would have been better to take a whole lot more pictures there!!

Unfortunately, I can remember even less about our visit to the Valley of the Queens than I do of our visit to the Valley of the Kings!  Below are two pictures that turned out well from the Valley of the Queens.  I have asked my friends from the tour to help me out here and jog my memory.  Until I hear from them, this is all I have, unfortunately!

We stopped by at the Temple of Hatshepsut.  We were given to understand that all we would be able to see was the temple facade, and it seemed pointless to purchase a ticket.  So we gazed at it from afar, shot a few pictures, and moved on to our next destination.
