Now how many of you have ever been tempted? Yah I know that I have. Now where does that temptation come from? Flip to James 1:13 if you have your Bible. It says "Let no one say when he is tempted, 'I am being tempted by God'; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust." Think about it, in Matthew chapter 4 Satan tries as hard as he can to get Jesus to worship him. But does Jesus let him? NO WAY. So next time that you are tempted remember that it is because you are enticed by your own lust, so instead of letting the temptation control you, remember what Jesus did, he straight up told Satan to go away (Matthew 4:10).
