BLUE the two hours Pilot Film Our

We are
in the process of signing an agreement with a
California company which will make "Monaco Blue"
available for "webcasting" throughout the
world.
This is
very definitely a "new technology", "cutting
edge" procedure that allows them to broadcast ,
exhibit or transmit the telefilm by telephone, fiber
optics, cable, satellite, and other wireless
communication, DSL, ADSL,ISDN, LAN, T-1 and T-3
lines.
In
reality, they will offer the film to Broadband
Operators like Verizon, Juno, Earthlink. AOL, AT&T,
AOL Time Warner, Deutsch Telekom, British Telecom,
OnStar and Sprint . . . . Turnkey Solution Providers
like Intertainer,
Moviefly-Sony,
Canal Plus-Vivendi/Universal, BlockBuster and LuxSat
. . . . and Websites/Portals like Yahoo, MSN, AOL,
Juno, Earthlink, Prodigy, Real.com, Terra/Lycos and
Bikini.com.
There is
no guarantee that any of those outlets, as well as
many more that I have not listed, will license the
title. However, we are one of the first
companies to provide them with programming and I
believe that "Monaco Blue" has unique
qualities that will make it stand out amongst the
available titles.
This in
no way interferes with our opportunities to license
the film and series to more traditional broadcast
outlets.

We are back from NATPE,
extremely weary but very encouraged by the action on
all fronts.
Our large stand was in an
excellent location with heavy traffic on three sides.
It was an exceptional market for us. We'll have you a complete report
by the end of the week. Our many, many
conversations with top networks worldwide should, when
placed in proper perspective in our marketing plane,
give us a good idea of exactly what we need to do to
successfully launch the "Monaco Blue" series.
