Sports Hotline - Weather Information
- Games cancelled due to inclement weather will be posted on the Sports Hotline by 4:00 p.m. on the scheduled game day. For information about Men's Sport Activities, call 703.883.4698.
- We recommend that every player call the Sports Hotline Number prior to leaving for all scheduled games regardless of the day's weather.
Rescheduling of League Games
- The Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities reserves the right to schedule make-up games on any night of the week or weekend with at least a seven (7) day notice.
- Managers are required to call the Sports Hotline for rescheduled game information.
- Whenever possible, rescheduled games due to inclement weather, will be posted on the Sport Hotline at the time of cancellation. Rescheduled games will remain posted on the Sports Hotline until 12:00 p.m. the next business day.
- Rescheduled games not posted on the Sports Hotline the evening of the cancelled games will be posted on the Sports Hotline by 10:00 a.m. the next business day.
