...it ended retorting against Germany. In the image above (viewimages.com) a German ship can be seen on fire out of the island of Vaasgo after having been bombed during a raid of the Raf in 1941. Although the fjords constituted a shelter for the German boats, a lot of times they succeeded only in entering them, but not in going out.

Quisling passes in review a unit of the Wehrmacht during a visit of his in Germany (viewimages.com). The Norwegian collaborationism was rather limited among the civil population but the nazi party of Quisling resulted author of one of the hardest regimes of all the occupied countries.
