| I put the gun to my mouth and thought about how great it'd be to lose the bitter, metal taste that has been consuming me and then I think, hey I'm already gone I don't need a bullet to say how far how far and my lips tremble now as they close around my death and the tears fall as fear runs away with my last breath and then I think, hey I'm already gone I don't need a bullet to say how far how far |

| Notes: This song has been around for much longer than Reed Indeed and has changed a lot since. Merey re-wrote the lyrics, which were quite stupid before. The vocal melody no longer follows the bass line (which was at one point, the lead guitar melody). I really wanted to sound like the cranberries, even before I had the delight of meeting Merey. She just made it that much easier. Unfortunately, it has to us transcended classification... -Martin wow, this song. what can I say about it? At first I was embarrassed of it, because the lyrics are kind of bluntly akward and personal, if that makes sense... but now I have to say that I've grown to really love it. -mahria This song was the first of Martin's newer set of songs on which we collaborated. The presence of Merey and Paul has made it a ton cooler. -Reed |
