This book is a classic for a reason. It's filled with jazz age glamour but it's tragic and sad too. Such a beautiful book.

This is an incredible book. The story is great, but what I really liked was how it was written; it's such a beautiful style, with so much attention to detail and every word. So great. I loved it.

I think I enjoyed this book so much because Katie (the main character) was so real. I completely believed her. I stumbled onto this book on a sale in a bookstore in the middle of nowhere, Northern California: so glad I did. It's a wonderful simple real story.

Beautifully written. Interesting and compelling. The story is amazingly woven: everything is so connected! The end is a bit of a let down but it's just so gorgeous and touching.
The Sun Also Rises (1926)
