The first picture was taken on my employer's time, at arm's length using a digital camera. Note digital oscilloscope as proof that I occasionally go near the "work-related" things. The second photo I made out of the original when I was pissing about with Paint Shop Pro. Is it not artistic?
Thomas Walker Esq. was born on New Year's Eve 1981 and it has all gone downhill from there. Having been an inquisitive child, a downright weird schoolboy, a belief-suspendingly lazy college student and a constantly wrecked filthy layabout, I opted out of being a poor but underlyingly happy university student in favour of being a marginally less poor and deeply troubled wage-slave; as it was clearly the right choice. I have been pleasantly re-assured of this by constant media articles on How Great It Is Being At University, my old college friends constantly telling me "you really should go to uni, it's such a shame you have to work", and the fact that I am bored enough at work to have created this site purely during office time. That's not to say I regret it, of course. Oh, no - this is definitely FOR THE BEST, as I am considering displaying on my Windows desktop.
So that, dear reader, is the basis on which this web site has been created. Essentially, this is a tribute to my undying, ever-present boredom with myself - a form of existential protest, if you will. I have created a site which will bore the living snot out of you, simply so that you can appreciate what it's like being me, and as such I would very much appreciate it if you didn't complain about how much you hate it. So go back to the main page and proceed with sympathy.
