Steve's 5 pound fudge recipe

Put in approx. 6 qt. heavy saucepan (Pressure Cooker)

1 tall can evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 lb. Butter
Boil 8 minutes (stir frequently) (careful not to burn)

Reduce heat to low
Add: 1 lb Miniature Marshmallows
Approx. 24 oz (4 cups), Choc Chips
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 lb walnut halves

Stir until thoroughly blended and pour into 4 sided commercial sheet pan.  Leave lots in the pan for everyone to sample.

1 lb pecan halves

For peanut butter fudge, substitute Reese�s
chips and salted, dry roasted peanuts.
For Chocolate mint fudge, substitute Andes Chunks, and sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top.
For vanilla fudge substitute white chocolate chips.
Melly's Moose Nose

Cut nose off moose shave
off little hairs.
Boil for 3 hours.
Add veggies of  your liking.
Boil for 1 more hour ENJOY.
Wildsoaring Eagles Fried Apple Pies

makes 2 deep dish ones
5 1/2 lb Granny smith golden delicous
  1/4 lb butter
  2 cups brown sugar
cinnomon & splash of nutmeg
( just a good dash )
  slice apples in 1/2 slices just remove cores leave skins on place all apples in a largs micro wave comtainer ,, ( do not cover ) cook on high till the apples reduce in size ( stir to coat the sugar butter ,,, cook till the apple slices curl , remember if leave micro wave closed will still cook stir often 
take the pie crusts and brush them with drawn ( melted butter just very lightly bake at 350 for 30 minutes check a bit

6 - 10 oz cans cream of mush room soup
3/4 of a 33 oz bottle of a1
boil together for 5 min.
then ad the pork to it and boil for 3 1/2 min
Wiseoldman's Apple Dessert

Take about 8-12 apples (cooking) peel,
core and cut in small pieces...
  add 1/2 cup flour,
   1/2 cup sugar,
1-2 teaspoons of cinnimon
and mix 1/4 lbs margine and
cut in 1 cup of flour, sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  add more flour & sugar until the mixtuer is like crumbs ..
  use a pastry cutter to cut in 
put apples in 12"X12"X3" pan,
  cover with crumb  mixture  bake at 375F
for about 1 hour or until very tender
  serve immediately over ice cream
CCheffy's Fresh Corn, Chile and Cheese Cornbread

Preheat the broiler. Broil 1 poblano  chile, turning occasionally, until the skin is scorched.
Cool. Remove the skin, ribs and seeds,
and chop into 1/2-inch pieces.
Make the batter,  stirring just
until moistened and  lumpy.
Stir in the chopped chile,
  1 cup fresh corn, cut from the cob, husks reserved,
   4 cooked and crumbled bacon strips,
1/2 cup shredded queso blanco or MontereyJack cheese,
  2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro,and 1 teaspoon of chile powder.Stir just  until smooth. Line the skillet with corn husks. Pour in batter.   Bake until the  bread springs back when pressed in  the center, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let  stand 5 minutes, then turn out onto a  plate or serve directly from the skillet.  Makes 8 servings.
CKY's Stew
10 lbs ground sirloin
5 lbs green chilli peppers
1 pound onions
10 pounds of potatos cubed
6 cloves garlic-
cook for 2-3 hours

  get a salad bowl and add half a box of cereal and half a gallon of milk and lots of sugar
   stir with a cooking utensil,
stir and eat
USS_Rushmore's Bread

3 cups self-rising flour
1 can (12oz) beer room temperature
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter 1)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Combine the flour, beer and honey in a large bowl.
Stir until well mixed.
Spread into the greased pan.
Make a trench down the center of the loaf and pour in the melted butter.
Bake 45 minutes or until browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Turn bread out onto a rack and cool.
