ITPC (Information Technology Professionals College) - A division of SEED Infotech Pvt. | Objective of ITPC: |
The objective of this collaboration between ITPC, India & i-POC, Japan is to send Indian Information Technology, Indian IT professionals knowing Japanese language, business ethics, work culture and lifestyle to Japan.
These candidates will be employed by i-POC, Japan and in turn placed in various Japanese companies for software development and allied activities.
SEED Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will primarily be responsible for the identification, selection and training of such candidates in Pune, India and i-POC, Japan will make the necessary arrangements for the employment of these trained candidates with various Japanese companies for software development and other related activities. To train the selected candidates in IT skills and Japanese language (verbal and written) so that they are able to work efficiently and effectively to the best of their ability in Japan.

| The Need of ITPC: |
In Japan there is a shortage of approx. 30,000 IT professionals envisaged in the next couple of years. There exists a huge demand for entry-level IT professionals and Indian IT professionals are recognised in Japan for their expertise.
The SEED & i-POC joint venture is aiming to cater to the need of entry-level IT professionals to start with and other levels later on.
