    • Untuk menurunkan biaya per Km dari ban dengan meningkatkan kemampuan ban untuk dapat di vulkanisir.
    • Meningkatkan kemampuan ban untuk dapat diretread berulang kali.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Dalam kondisi normal dan perawatan yang baik, ditembah lagi dengan pemeliharaan ban yang benar, maka Tingkat Penggunaan Tread dapat mencapai 80 %.
WARRANTY POLICY
All  retread tires are result of strict quality control at every single step of production processes. These mean, we really concern about customer’s satisfaction. If under normal condition/operation these retread tires don’t perform optimum satisfaction to the customer, warranty will be available.

Warranty for broken retread tires will be given to the customer if there is failure due to our workmanship and production process (Policy A). In this case, we take responsibility proper to the retread tire damages.
Policy A :Failure due to workmanship or production process.
      • Tread Separation caused by contamination.
      • Repair failure
      • Wrong pattern
      • Under-cure
      • Not center
Warranty is not available if failure due to road hazards and accidental damage, as these defect are neither due to our workmanship nor production process failure (Policy B).
Policy B :Failure due to road hazards and accidental damage.
      • Broken, exposed or badly chaffed bead wire
      • All types of cuts or snags
      • Impact break
      • Vehicle damage
      • Running flat
      • Oil contaminated rubber
      • Rib tearing
      • Misalignment and misbalancing
      • Lumpy and wavy wear.
      • Ozone cracking
      • Overloading
      • Unspecified reason, tire without tread rubber or without trade mark
