This month's recipe, LAMB WITH BAKED ORZO, is another hearty winter meal that I'm sure you will all enjoy. If you don't care for lamb you can substitute beef and it will be just as good...just eliminate the lemon.
This month marks 3 years that I have been doing this website...36 Recipes of the Month!! Don't forget that you can access all of the monthly recipes by visiting the Archives section of the website.
New recipes to the weight watchers segment include Roasted Red Pepper & Artichoke Dip- 1 point, Saute'ed Green Beans and Onions- 2 points, and Italian Meatball Soup- 4 points.
