I have posted the December 2002 Recipe of the Month to my website at http://www.geocities.com/itkwm. This month's recipe for BAKED LAMB WITH ORZO is a fine, hearty meal for the cold winter nights ahead. I hope you will like it. If you don't care for lamb, the recipe works just as well with beef (just eliminate the lemon!).
