I have posted the November Recipe of the Month to my website at http://www.geocities.com/itkwm. This month's recipe for GRANDPA'S STEW has a special place in my heart because it was developed by my Dad, Dean Elias. Often-times when the girls were little and we would go to visit Grandma and Grandpa, the aroma of his wonderful stew simmering on the stove permeated the house, and I knew I was home again!
I haven't posted any new recipes to the weight watchers segment this month. It has been an especially difficult time for me because my little dog Jazz became ill and I lost her on October 28, 2002. Those of you who know me know how special she was to me, and I miss her terribly. I have a Memorial Page for her on this site, and you can visit if you wish.
Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving....I am thankful that Jazz was with me for 14 1/2 years.
