| WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE! It's good to see you again! Stay a while and I'll put the coffee on! This month's recipe, KATHY'S ESCAROLE SOUP, meets all the standards for one of those "down home comfort foods". My friend Kathy is a real "soup guru". And she does it without using recipes- mostly just using ingredients that she has on hand. Every time I have one of her wonderful soups I ask her for the recipe and she says she doesn't have one, she just puts this and that in it! I did manage to pin her down for this recipe a couple of years ago, and wrote down everything she put in it and then got to work duplicating it. It took a few tries, but I think I managed to do it justice! It is a wonderful soup- try it and I'm sure you will be pleased! Thank you Kathy!
