Aloha, the intercultural teachers organization hope each of you is enjoying the first ITO webpage. Like several other aspects of the club, it is something that has been talked about for a long time. And it's finally happened!

ITO started with a small term to hammer out a constitution for the club. We now have many members and many more interested participants. This year, ITO will hold a handful of general meetings and host several events. As members of intercultural teachers organization we strive to:

  • Improve our teaching skills and learn how to use and develop teaching materials.
  • Learn how to confront and interact with the students.
  • Learn how to help people who have difficulties and problems.
  • Learn what is beneficial for our future career.
  • Establish a network with other college students whose future careers are common with ours.
  • Learn how to make responsibility and leadership in an organization.
  • Establish a close and trusting relationship among club members.
  • Exchange ideas, opinions, and experiences with each other, now and after we graduate.
