Members FAQ:

1) Who are we?
1) We are for anyone who has ever considered a career in teaching. (Any subject).

2) What's the benefit for joining I.T.O.?
2) The ITO is an excellent opportunity for exposure to teaching. Plus, we provide a network of employment opportunities worldwide.

3) If I join ITO, will I be required to do anything?
3) No. As a member, you will be invited to attend our monthly meetings and you will be encouraged to join us for picnics, parties and other events. Nothing is mandatory, however, we as an organization are only as active as our members, so we appreciate all your support.

4) Will I be an automatic member of HITESOL if I join ITO?
3) No, it is not an automatic membership. However, ITO offers specials at the begining of Fall semester. ITO membership for a semester is $5 and annual membership of HITESOL is $10, if you join them separately. However, if you join both ITO and HITESOL through ITO, you will receive membership of both ITO and HITESOL for just $10. It is a $5 saving!
5) If I have a good idea or request for social activities or professional developments, who should I talk to?
5) Please talk to any of our presidency. We will be happy to talk about our future possibilities.
6) So, how do I join?
6) It's simple! Membership fees (for 1 year) are only $10 initially, and $5 for membership renewal each year afterward. If you're still not certain, at least sign up in the contact page and we'll give you a call.
