Conditions of location      

1) reservation is very simple:

once you have decided what type of apartment or house you would like to have for your stay in Italy, send a request with all the information required to our e-mail adress: [email protected]

you will receive a replay within 24 hours which will include:

- availability as well as a detailed report on the apartment or house you have requested.

- general rental conditions 

- our bank coordinates (please note that we do not accept credit cards)

the reservation is made by paying 30% of the rental cost and by faxing to us a copy of the bank transfer (the balance of the rent and the security deposit are to be payed upon arrival)

only after receiving by fax the copy of the bank transfer we will send you a written confirmation with detailed information on how to get to the house.

2) penalties for renouncing:  the deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.  Notification of cancellation must be sent by fax (0039-06-33711521). 

3) The security deposit is a sum usually requested  by the owner, in order to cover any possible damage to their property and its contents.  Such sum is to be paid upon arrival, is 50% of the monthly rent and it will be returned to the customer at the time of departure.

4) pets are allowed upon request and approval by the owner.

5) cleanliness: you will find the house clean and it must be left in similar conditions at the end of the rental period. Cleaning charges may be assessed against the security deposit if the home is not left in a reasonable condition.
