Per i vincitori assoluti di Spa anche questa vittoria � stata eroica a causa del malore contro il quale Ronca ha lottato fin dalla domenica mattina.

Also the qualifing have been an italian show with four italian cars in the first four positions of the class grid. In the first position was the Ronca-Francioni Lucchini-Alfa Romeo, in the second was the BM Autosport Tampolli-Alfa Romeo driven by Nobili-Monti (finished fourth in the race), in the third was the Tonetti-Saccomanno Lucchini-Alfa Romeo and in the fourth the Scuderia Giudici Picchio-BMW driven by Giudici-Raimondi (retired in the race). Fifth and first of the british the second Redman and Bright Pilbeam-Nissan.
