K-Provam Sdn. Bhd. specializes in applying Value Management/Value Engineering (VM/VE) to develop or improve business/management processes, life cycle costs, construction projects, strategic plans, product designs, and manufacturing processes.

In addition to that, K-Provam Sdn. Bhd. also provides Strategic Planning and Financial Management services for companies and other organizations in the form of training and seminars.

Team members are selected for each study with expertise relevant to the project. These individuals may come from other local consulting community, government authorities or bodies, universities or they may be technical experts desired by the customer and/or customer representatives. The right team for the study results in a higher rate of success for the effort.

K-Provam was founded by Mohd Mazlan Haji Che Mat who is actively promoting VM in Malaysia. Being the first non-Australian accepted as a member of the Australian Institute of Value Management (IVMA), he has been conducting several VM workshops, seminars, and courses to many major clients.
