This course is specially designed for
maintenance group and personnel who is involved with machinery and rotating
equipment alignment work. The course emphasized on the important of precision
alignment, mistake done during alignment and pitfall alignment process. At the
end of this course, all personnel should be able to perform precision alignment
and maintain their equipment systematically and thus able to minimize shutdown
and maintenance cost effectively. A

Learn various method of machine alignment (i.e Straight Edge, Feeler gauge, Dial Indicator, Rim&Face,
Reverse Dial, Long Spool shaft) - How to measure and offset bar sag - Identification and rectification ‘soft foot’ problems - How to measure actual machine movement - Converting misalignment data from one method to another; graph plotting and formula - Alignment machines that have a long or jack shaft. - Alignment when one shaft cannot be rotated.COURSE BENEFIT
