4. Conference Committee
Arrange/manage:
- auditorium for inauguration and suitably decorate it.
- one auditorium for plenary sessions.
- two rooms with a capacity of 500 persons for technical sessions.
- one small room for Conference Secretariat.
- Audio-visual and sound system in auditoria and rooms
- one large lounge for delegates.
- Cafeteria arrangements for tea/coffee only.
- locations for Registration Desk and Information Desk.
- photocopying machines on nominal payments.
- Committees for management of tasks such as "Registration and
Information", "Organization of Sessions Program" and
other "Conference affairs".
- Arrange communication of Conference Announcements among the
colleges/academic institutions in Pakistan and to collect
papers/posters for students/teacher session.
- Arrange a students’ session on paper presentation.
Select/appoint girls students to manage Registration & Information Desks
at the Conference.
