5. Administrative Support Committee

Provide support of University administrative staff to manage Conference affairs such as:

    1. Reserve and assign university accommodation to delegates.
    2. Maintenance of work environment during the Conference.
    3. Maintenance of decorative plants/green areas in and around Conference Venue.
    4. Keeping cleanliness of auditoria, rooms & toilets and surroundings of the Conference area.
    5. Managing security of delegates.
    6. Maintenance of audio-visual system of auditoria during the Conference.
    7. Maintenance of air-conditioners/fans etc.
