5. Administrative Support Committee
Provide support of University administrative staff to
manage Conference affairs such as:
- Reserve and assign university accommodation to delegates.
- Maintenance of work environment during the Conference.
- Maintenance of decorative plants/green areas in and around Conference
Venue.
- Keeping cleanliness of auditoria, rooms & toilets and surroundings
of the Conference area.
- Managing security of delegates.
- Maintenance of audio-visual system of auditoria during the Conference.
- Maintenance of air-conditioners/fans etc.
