Spikes Gathers

Poor women gather the remaining of ears left by the croppers. In the blaze of the burning sun, they carry their modest crop and gather it in pile and heaps to be beaten with sticks.

  تلتقط الفلاحات الفقيرات عيدان وسنابل القمح التي غفل عنها الحصادون، وتحت لهيب الشمس الحارق ينفلق حصادهن البسيط والمتواضع ويجمعنه في أكوام وعند التذرية يستخدمن  العصا لفصل الحب عن القصل

ما ساقطه إلا وراها لاقطة
