was formed in 1997 by Mr. Benny Alejandro mainly due to his long time dream to sail the Philippine seas.  Being 72 didn't pose any difficulty for him as he sought out the best sailboats to offer his countrymen. 

He finally found the Sunfish and Snark Boats to be the best there is - suited to Philippine sailing needs - all being safe, sturdy, lightweight and cartoppable and practically maintenance free. 

Since sailing in the Philippines is still in its preliminary stages, these boats are ideal due to their ease in handling and good value.
