Possibly the most often updated Fallout News site (which is in a language I can understand) and I think the big head is Kreegle, though news staff range from Saint Proverbius to Killzig. The forums can be a bit rough on the innocent and pure minded fans, but they've got to learn sometime.

The oldest-running news site, out not too long after Fallout hit the shops. The people in charge I think are Miroslav and Odin, and a recent update has given it a much improved look. Like DAC and most sites they hate FBOS.

I'm not too sure about this site. It doesn't excel at anything, or do much, and a certain forum signature makes me sick. But it does boast a gathering of former-Fallout Tactic clans (they play the odd game now and then) but they have recently turned their eyes on Neocron and Star Wars Galaxies. New site update includes a portal, and a nice new look.

Nurk's is a mixture of Fallout fan art and fan fiction, and is run by Bitterman, who is possibly the most busy man. Ever. As well as working on a Wasteland/Fallout mod for Battlefield 1942, he is masterminding the PAex - Post-Apocalyptic Banner Exchange. I'll keep you updated about that in Scav. News.

I'm afraid Vault-Tec is coming to a sad end. Site head Moonbiter has put up a notice, and it seems, that the forum and site is due to close on June the Ist. We'll miss it.
Hosting for The Project and The Unwashed Villager will continue, and Moonbiter has offered, if one of the clan heads contacts him, to provide extra bandwith for their clans as well, but will be on independant forums.
Lets raise a glass, and say goodbye.
