Is Grace Enough's EP "Cross Your Heart and Hope to Die" is officially available. Orders of the new five song disc can now be made online at East End Industries' site for $6 in their 'Releases' section. The cd will be available in local Ottawa stores shortly, but until then is available directly through the band for $7, or in a super fantastic combo with a tshirt and pin for $20. For those of you who still have not checked out the EP, all five tracks are still available in streamed audio exclusively in the 'Music' section on the band's purevolume.com site at http://www.purevolume.com/IsGraceEnough .
Is Grace Enough's "Cross Your Heart and Hope to Die" mini tour in support of their new cd's release is currently underway, with the dates in Sudbury and Burlington happening this past weekend. The band would like to extend the greatest thanks ever to Shawn Parsons of two fist promotions for putting on the soldout two day "a prelude to a meltdown" hardcore festival in Sudbury. Time and time again Shawn went the extra mile for IGE and the band could not be more thankful. The band would also like to extend warm thanks to Aimee from Easy Trigger, the guys from At the Mercy of Inspiration, George and Wade from alexisonfire, the angry bald Knights of Columbus sound tech, the fat naked guy that yelled 'OUT', all of the mall security in Sudbury, rosesdead, Chris from East End Industries, and all of the band's new friends in Burlington and Sudbury for making their trip a memorable one.
The next date on the tour is the band's special out of town CD release in Kemptville on Friday, March 5th at Leslie Hall (19 Clothier St). Doors for the show open at 6 30pm, and admission is $7. Also on the bill include the Fully Down, Daggers Bearing Notes, and local favorites One Last Gift and Springfield. For all those in Ottawa coming out to the show it's recommended to get there early as there are no advance tickets and the last show in Kemptville sold out quickly.
The band's tour continues further on that weekend with dates in Burlington on March 7th at Moe's Tavern (526 Dundas St E) alongside Courtesy Blush, and in London on March 8th at the Wave (Western University Campus) alongside rosesdead. Be sure to check out the shows page for more details.
Updates to the site include the complete "Cross Your Heart and Hope to Die" mini tour schedule over the next month in the shows section, and pictures of the band tearing it up in Carleton Place in the pics section.
